Dog & Puppy Grooming
A calm, tailored grooming experience for your dog
Every dog deserves to feel safe, relaxed and cared for during their groom. With over 16 years of experience, each appointment is carried out on a one-to-one basis in a calm environment, allowing plenty of time and patience for your dog to settle in comfortably.
From full grooms and tidy-ups to regular coat maintenance, every session is tailored to your dog’s breed, coat type and personality. Services include puppy grooming, baths and brush-outs, hand stripping, de-shedding treatments and nail clipping.
No two dogs are the same
Every dog has different grooming needs depending on their breed, coat type and lifestyle. Short-haired breeds can benefit from regular de-shedding treatments to help reduce loose hair, while longer or curly coats need ongoing maintenance to prevent matting and discomfort.
Before every appointment, we take the time to understand your dog, their coat, and your preferences to ensure the groom is suited to them. With one-to-one appointments and a quieter environment, dogs are given the time and care they need to feel comfortable throughout their visit.
What’s included in a groom?
Each groom is designed around your dog’s individual needs, but may include:
• Bathing with gentle, coat-specific products
• Thorough brushing and de-shedding
• Blow drying and coat preparation
• Clipping, trimming or styling
• Nail trimming and paw care
• Ear cleaning and general hygiene checks
Professional grooming is about more than appearance - it plays an important role in keeping your dog clean, comfortable and healthy.
Puppies & Nervous dogs
A dog’s first grooming experiences can shape how they feel about grooming for years to come, which is why we take a calm, patient and gentle approach from the very beginning. Whether you have a young puppy visiting for their first groom or a nervous dog who may need extra reassurance, appointments are tailored around helping them feel safe and comfortable at their own pace.
We understand that every dog reacts differently to new environments, sounds and handling, so there is never any rushing. Short, positive sessions help build trust and confidence while allowing your dog to slowly become familiar with the grooming process in a relaxed setting.
With one-to-one appointments and a quieter environment, nervous dogs are given the time, space and care they need to settle in comfortably. Our aim is always to create a calm, stress-free experience that helps your dog feel more confident with every visit.
